Process Engineer

Reporting to the General Manager, as Process Engineer will be responsible for planning, structuring, coordinating, and supervising Selazar’s process management based on international best practices and suitable tools for this purpose.

The key duties include documentation of companywide processes for knowledge retention, process review, productivity assessment, and providing actionable feedback to refine business operations. You will collaborate with different teams in our global locations to optimise business processes, improve departmental outputs and increase productivity.

Customer Service Advisor

Working within the Customer Care team, you’ll be the ‘voice of the customer’. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll be part of a customer centric team, working across our different channels to deliver a high standard of service.

UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Colombia Product department. Reporting to our UX/UI Lead Designer, you will assist with the design of workflows and user interfaces. You will articulate and communicate the user journeys and co-operate with Developers and Product Owners to create, build and maintain our product offering.

Lead Developer

Selazar are looking for a Lead Developer to join their Development department. Based in Medellin, the successful candidate will be an active member of the development team, leading a pod of software developers, creating features, solving problems, and working with the wider business to make our products the best in the industry. With an Agile (SCRUM) process in place you will work in sprints with the rest of the department to deliver excellent code. You may be working on third party integrations, being a part of our technical stabilisation team, assisting with the DevOps process, trying new technology or working on our Xamarin mobile app.

Development Manager

Reporting to the Head of Technology, as the Development Manager, you will lead the way with our development teams in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices. You will manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at our different global locations.  Working across development, testing, and release teams, you will ensure successful delivery of our next generation projects.  We own and develop our own software which drives all aspects of our business. To achieve our growth plans, we need to be innovative, collaborative and adaptive and you will play a vital role in ensuring the software meets our high quality standards.

QA Associate

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Lead, our Quality Assurance Associates work collaboratively to develop and maintain software testing requirements for all Selazar products. You will be part of the Development Team, creating and implementing test strategies to ensure the Selazar platform is stable, robust, efficient, and scalable.

As a QA Associate, you will take ownership for testing our product features and improvements. You will write test cases, automate the process, and provide feedback to the Development Team. You will be imaginative, innovative and passionate about QA.
