How long does it take to setup?
It takes seconds to signup to Selazar. Once you have signed up to the Selazar portal, you will need to add your products to our system. Upon receiving your stock in our warehouse, orders are ready to be fulfiled within 24 hours.
What are your operating hours?
Our warehouse operating hours are from 6 am to 10 pm. Customer Service is available from 8.30 am to 10 pm Monday – Friday.
Is there an additional cost for eco-friendly packaging?
No. We offer eco-friendly, plastic-free packaging alternatives providing a greener option for eco-conscious companies.
What integrations do you offer?
We integrate with multiple platforms for free including Shopify & WooCommerce and are continually developing more API’s for you. By integrating with the Selazar platform your operation becomes more autonomous. As soon as your customer places an order, our warehouse is instantly notified, picking and packing your orders within as little as 15 minutes.
How long does it take to dispatch orders at the Northern Ireland fulfilment centre?
Orders received before 4 PM are guaranteed same-day dispatch.
What are your International shipping prices?
